The powwow listings are based on submissions made to this site so in no way is the Powwow Calendar a complete listing of all powwows in the world. Powwow Power listings are a free service. This site is a culmination of my experiences on a powwow committee, attending powwows, my photography and art, college research paper and input from native friends. I do not proclaim to be an expert on the subject but I am presenting information on the subject that may be of use to anyone seeking powwow basics.
